Tech-Pro Utilities are a new concept in PC utilities - a suite of small, simple tools based on a common set of runtime files. The Startup package contains a system tray quick launch menu and startup programs manager, plus a downloader for other utilities. It also includes the base runtime files for other utilities in the suite.
