Creates a small window with with two icons: a closed lock and an open lock. Dragging and dropping one or more ActiveX components (OCXs or DLLs) on the closed lock will register the components on the local system. Dragging and dropping one or more components on the open lock will un-register those components on the local system. Allows developers and other users an easier way to register and un-register ActiveX components than manually using REGSVR32 at the command line.
