EventTracker tracks all events of Windows NT/2000 systems of your network at central location. The EventTracker framework has three components. EventTracker Agent: A tiny, fully configurable, client component which operates as a service on NT/2000/MSCS machines. It forwards system events to EventTracker Manager. EventTracker Manager: It receives and monitors events forwarded by the EventTracker Agent. It logs them into a MS Access engine EventTracker Viewer: The Viewer is a Java-based GUI which can be launched from The Internet or from any intranet. anywhere in Internet/Intranet. The viewer can be used to securely view any Windows NT/2000 in real time. A History View of events previously logged by the EventTracker serevre is also available. Great flexibility is avalable in report generation.
