Tray Expert lets you put your favorite apps, games, pictures, music, and even webpages into a customizable menu that is launched from the system tray (icons next to the clock). You can choose a menu theme to make the menu look more colorful and different. You can create folders that organize the menu into more submenus so that you can find your shortcuts by looking under the submenu it belongs to. Tray Expert allows you to choose the window state, icon, and arguments for the shortcuts that you create. It's a 30 day trial and will require a $10 registration fee to continue.
