Free offline browser which can copy websites orwebpages to disk for browsing offline. Very easy to use, you click the add site button and WebStripper grabs the address of the page in your browser. You can either keep to the sensible defaults or select whether to download a singlepage or an entire site, to grab text only, or include graphics. There are many other filtering options. Click finished and the site is downloaded by the multi-threaded engine for maximum speed. Large sites can be paused and resumed later. The sites are listed by category, click a site to view a list of files, double click to browse the site. Later, use the update feature to revisit the site and bring down any new or changed files. Has no problems downloading database sites (which use CGI scripts etc) and can parse most javascript code.
