GroupMap makes painless the mapping of drives and sending of network messages. Users can create groups of network resources. For example, groups may be created by department, customer, home versus work, or any other desired groupings. Within a group you can map drives to any of the resources all at once up to available drive letters. Or, you can map just one drive or select a few. Browse the active network and disconnect resources easily. Passwords are encrypted so you can share your non-registry based data files with other users, thus giving them the ability to map drives under a certain set of credentials without having the actual passwords. Field support will love the ability to fit GroupMap on a floppy disk/thumb drive to use at their multiple sites. In a centralized remote support situation, many users can read from a single configuration in a shared location. You don't need to be online or have connectivity with a resource to add it to the database which makes it easy to set up resources when they are not available. Categorize network resources in groups Map single, selected, or many drives to many resources in batches Browse, view and disconnect resources Send popup alert messages to many machines at once time Share database with others while keeping passwords encrypted Non-registry based for many users to one configuration Fits on floppy for increased field mobility Use with Windows NT, 2000, and XP. Add resources offline
