This is a business conference organizer and accommodation reservations system which uses the power of MS-Access 97 to provide unique flexibility. Conferences and events can be quoted, booked and charged out. Facilities and rates can be defined by the user with no limit on number defined. All charges can be costed within the system, including rooms, meals, telephone, bar, conference facilities and even courses or special events, all of which can be defined by the user. A booking can be entered using any facilities defined, and progressed from a quotation, to confirmed booking, to checkout invoice. Records sales tax (VAT/GST). Invoices are frozen for audit purposes. The system automatically keeps track of the availability and servicing of facilities and produces daily check-in, checkout and room service (housekeeping) lists. You will need MS-Access 97 to run it. It also comes compiled for MS-Access 2000.
