This is a business conference organiser and accomodation reservations system which uses the power of MS-Access 97 to provide unique flexibility. Conferences and events can be quoted, booked and charged out. Facilities and rates can be defined by the user with no limit on number defined. All charges can be costed within the system, including rooms, meals, telephone, bar, conference facilities and even courses or special events, all of which can be defined by the user. A booking can be entered using any facilities defined, and progressed from a quotation, to confirmed booking, to checkout invoice. Records sales tax (VAT/GST). Invoices are frozen for audit purposes. Tracks availability, servicing. Produces checkin, checkout , service lists. Also available for MS-Access 2000.
