Allows you to change the PS/2 mouse sampling rate in Win9x from the ridiculously low 40Hz to up to 200Hz! Basically, this means your PS/2 mouse will move across the screen MUCH smoother. Additional support for WinNT (which uses only 80Hz) and serial mice will be added in the future. 200Hz with my Logitech Mouseman+ is smoother than digital silk!
