File Recover is a utility program for Windows 98 that will allow you to scan your disk drives - for any deleted files.  File Recover will help you to recover and undelete (unerase)any deleted files, that are not protected by the standard Windows Recycle Bin, or by third-party protection bins.  If a file is recoverable but is partially overwritten, File Recover will help you recover and undelete parts of the deleted file.
