This program shuts down, or restarts the computer whenever you want it to. It is a user friendly program. It sits in your system tray, and a turtle icon tells if it is disabled, or enabled. (The Turtle in its shell is disabled, and turtle out of its shellis enabled.) Handy if you want to disconnect after a long download.
