PaperHanger lets you automatically use your favorite electronic images as Windows' backgrounds, and manages picture files on your computer too. You can even assign what percentage of the time you want a picture from each Subject, which pictures are your 'favorites', which pictures you want displayed on special dates, and what color 'frames' you want around your pictures on the Windows' desktop.
