Will periodically scan your local system and grab your current IP (Internet Protocol) address. It will then either generate anHTML (Hyper-Text Markup Language) file on the fly or use pre-made HTML templates with embedded identifier tags to create a new HTML file which contains any information you specify. Lastly it will publish your current and newly changed information to a web server via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) keeping your users base constantly up to date - to the minute!
