The GiSOFT Address manager was designed with a few important goals in mind. The program had to be very easy to use, the code had to be robust, fast and compact, and file compatible with other database programs and address managers, because we didn't want to force new GiSOFT Address users to enter all their contacts over again, and we wanted to make sure that, if you should decide to stop using GiSOFT Address, you'll be able to use your contacts in the program you'll use next.
