This Lotus Notes template is the result of my own personal work management practices combined with many of the practices mentioned in David Allen's Getting Things Done book. The basic idea is to have a system for tracking all of the STUFF you're working on or have assigned to other people. With the tool you can easily see what today's priorities are versus items which don't need your attention today making your day more productive and stress-free! I've tried to keep the interface and features as simple as possible while providing a very high level of sorting and visual indications to help you stay on top of your pile of STUFF.
