The main purpose is to add functionality to recieve e-mail to programs in an easy way without having to program any TCP/IP. All you have to do is start an EXE with some arguments and wait for the result. SPIPop has been tested with Windows 95/98 and Windows NT4. You can either have a permanent connection or use a dialup connection, SPIPop can handle both.
