Smoothly integrates with Outlook and/or Exchange so that you will not have to change anything in your familiar email environment. It works by adding four new buttons to the standard Outlook/Exchange toolbar. The buttons activate pop-up menus that correspond to templates in a specailfolder. Templates are also just normal messages stored in a special folder (usually named Templates). They may be organized hierarchically in subfolders. Templates contain text, placeholders for message properties such as sender's first name, or email, and optional scripts for more customized functionality.
