Tasky - the task husky version 1.00 is a free groupware tool to keep track of all those little but important tasks in your workgroup that always keep the whole project late: "hey Rob, will you have that report ready til monday?" - "ah, yeah, sure, ..." (you know that!) Create tasks and sub-tasks, assign them to other workers, set deadlines. Tasks must be accepted (or rejected with reason) by the assigned worker, deadlines can be set. Each task or worker may be assigned uploaded resource files like reports etc. Tasky is a web application, running on a server and accessed via web browsers. It can be included in your tomcat servlet engine, or it may alternatively run stand-alone with nextwebstep's webbase web server it is built on. You can easily connect Tasky to your MySql database, or run it completely in memory to try it out.
