FaxMind is a fax server that enables you to send and receive faxes via existing email infrastructure. These are known as email to fax and fax to email services. This service then is able to get email messages regularly from a number of POP3 accessible mailboxes. These can be automatically converted into faxable image based on your email contents. These are then sent out as fax messages. Inbound faxes, voices or fax transmission reports will be sent via SMTP server. It is possible to set up simple IVR and voice message capability. The program runs as Windows service and thus it is always present and does not take any display space. This can be easily integrated with Microsoft Exchange, MDaemon, Domino/Notes, Postfix, or other mail servers. The tool comes with built-in support for Dialogic, Diva API, diva fax boards.
