A freeware program designed for Windows 95 / NT. It lets you specify colours for all the standard elements in an HTML document. It also allows you to specify a background image to be used, and various browser-specific <body> tags. You can start from scratch, or you can import the document attributes from an HTML document. You can pick from a pre-defined colour pallet, specify the red, green and blue values individually, or snag the colour from any image or window you have open. At any time during the colour editing, the equivalent HEX value is always visible and ready to be copied to the clipboard for use as you please. Once you have finished, the resulting HTML body code is available to view and copy to the clipboard, or you can export the code to an HTML file.
