An application program compiled in VB6 which may be used (among other things) to display a file's fully qualified file specification (i.e., the drive and all subdirectories as well as the file name) in both long and short (DOS 8.3) file nameformats (formatting applies to subdirectories in the path as well.) A file may be passed to this program in File Manager or in Windows Explorer (using a Send To shortcut) in order to display and optionally to copy its fully qualified file specification to the clipboard, either in Long or Short format, for subsequent use elsewhere. It may be used for filelocation documentation, creating shortcuts or command lines, for preparing an 8.3 format file specification for use by legacy Win16 programs, etc.
