Review

This program makes backup copies of selected files (when they are changed or created) and directories keeping the original directory structure. It is intended to run at startup. The files are not only copied and left at the destination directory but they are mirrored, meaning that when a file is deleted a backup copy is also deleted but not immediately. The deletion is delayed for a number of executions which can be configured. The destination directory should be at a second disk or a network drive (doesn't have to be mapped). Requires .net framework Configuration The following options can be configured: # thread priority (should be low so the system doesn't become slow) there might be problems with some settings under Win98/ME # number of executions before deletion # silent operation (the form doesn't show) # destination directory # network drive credentials (stored in clear text !) # directories to backup # directories to exclude # extensions to backup/exclude Bugs It is possible (even probable :) that the program still contains some bugs so feel free to report them as well as any suggestions. This was written as a project for one exam at a faculty (not an important one) so it's not perfect. I wish that it was some Linux exam but it wasn't :( It was also written as a result of my frustration after i spent a week googeling for a backup program and everything I found was eating up resources like hell and it just copied files and didn't delete them at the destination so it made a big mess.
