Did you ever want to rename file.xxx to file.yyy in Windows 95? You know the sequence - View, Options, deselect the 'Hide file extensions' option, go back, rename the extension, click Yes to the warning that follows, then go and set the 'Hide file extensions' back again. Install ChangeType and the sequence will be right-click the file, select 'Change Type', rename the extension and youre ready.
