This utility is used to open a port on a host machineand redirect it to another host. It is useful if yourworkstation is behind a firewall and you can't usesome ports like irc, etc. Once initialized, thebouncer hides himself in the system tray. It's a win32program and it was designed to use as little memory aspossible.
