Rules for blocking are sorted into categories. All users are included in groups and into each group, blocked categories can be assigned. avast! Net.purum works like a proxy filter. Either MS ISA server or an internal proxy server can be used. Rules and configuration are stored in a database where either MS SQL server or MSDE can be used. Users can be defined by IP address or by login name (NTLM authorization). Price depends on number of PCs and on time period.
