It's a DLL with a function performing the followingtask: take a file pattern (e.g. c:userwav*.wav),select a file fitting the pattern by random, and returnthe selected file. It was developed to have a randomlyselected message in an answering machine run by Tobit'sDavid 5.2. Can be used for every file pattern (not only*.wav). The readme.txt is in german language.
