This program allows ICQ listmasters to quickly and efficiently update their lists using an executable program file. Also allows for the creation of unique ICQ identification cards. The listmaster simply enters the user's name, UIN, and/or any other info, and the program takes care of the rest. Easilycomfigurable to adapt to the user's existing ICQ list.
