CPOP is a Mail server and email checker that uses the POP3 protocol. CPOP is an application written in Visual Basic 6.0. CPOP collects your emails from your Internet suppliers and saves them locally on your disc. Afterwards, you can retrieve your messages using your email software such as Outlook Express. I developed this software in order to solve an email problem I had at home. I had three email addresses from three different Internet providers. I had 5 aliases on one of my ISPs (Internet Service Provider). Every member of my family had an alias. When I downloaded my emails from the ISP, I got all the emails intended for my account. It was impossible to download only my messages. CPOP allows me to put in a mailbox all the emails that have no addressee.
