Review

Features of the Rosoft CD Extractor allow the user to rip audio CDs into .wav file format and encode them as .mp3's with a supported outboard encoder such as x3enc.exe or plugger.exe, pitch-shifting capabilities, a 12 band equalizer, full CDDB support and ID3 tag editor. The program works for Windows 95/98 and NT 4 (Probably Windows 2000 to). Provision is made to select the recording algorithm, and record audio CDs utilizing CD Direct Digital Audio (CDDA) protocol. Furthermore, fast played music can be transcribed using the time-stretch feature included in the program. Best of... it's free! Check it out! The free version contains adware and a limited version of Rosoft MP3 Encoder.
