RainbowGround is a utility for wallpaper / Web background images creation for Windows95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP. It produces periodic, tileable images based on user-given or randomly generated color factors values. RainbowGround can save resulting images as Web background (*.jpg) or as Windows background (*.bmp).
