FreeVoice is an application that uses Microsoft Agent characters to provide Text-to-Speech and Voice Control capabilities. It allows you to simultaneously control up to 15 agents. Features Include: Reading text from clipboard, Reading Text Files, Playing Wave Files. You can also set reminders to be notified at a specified date and time. FreeVoice automatically adds all programs in the users Start Menu to its voice command list, so that you can start programs using voice commands.
