Skinning is increadibly easy with the Double-Time Software Media Player. Font settings (and some size settings) are set via a simple text editor. All buttons and back ground skins are created via any photo editor (included Paint, which is included with Windows). Buttons and other control positions are set by simply editing pixels, using the included color chart in the user manual.
