It has a small footprint and short learning curve, so that that you can deploy it rapidly and start using it immediately. You might use SDMS for anything from a small, personal document database through to a medium-sized document repository. SDMS allows you to arrange documents in a simple hierarchy up to five levels deep. You create each document with its own unique level-dependent title and number. To reduce workload and decrease errors, SDMS automatically synchronises all five levels of Document Titles and Document Numbers as you edit the documents. On top of this, SDMS has our NotesTracker (TM) technology built in, at no charge to you!
