EnCalcOL calculates oil use based on depth or volume readings. Deliveries can be entered either with regular tank readings or on their own. It can also predict how long the remaining oil will last. It is designed to work with both rectangular and cylindrical tanks. A history log file stores the results of regular readings plus deliveries and a results log file stores individual calculations. EnCalcOL can also be used store the state of the central heating at the time readings are taken. It can work in metric or imperial units and the main screen is colour coded to make using it simpler. Requires a registration code (free for personal non commercial use) which can be obtained via the link on the registration screen. EnCalcOL is part of the JSutils group of software and was originally designed as part of a practical home energy saving project to save energy and money by reducing electricity, heating oil and water use. It is free for personal non commercial use, supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8, comes complete with html help and is simple to install and use.
