The daily ration is calculated with exceptional accuracy (upto an hour) and considers your everyday activity. The daily menu is formed by the food intakes (breakfast, dinner, supper etc.). Easy Diet Planner calculates the optimal percentages and amount for every nutrient, and calorie content. It also calculates the overall amount of all nutrients and calories within a day and displays it in a convenient graphical form, so you can easily compare it with your target nutrient balance. To help quickly estimate your progress, Easy Diet Planner features the weight graph and calory graph. Additonally, it shows the current Body Mass Index (BMI) and the optimal weight. The aplication is easy to use and is highly customizable according to your needs. It also looks pretty nicely due to a built-in skin support (5 are already included in the installation package).
